Project Manager will lead projects from turnover to completion, coordinating between the office, field teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The ideal candidate understands self-performed concrete operations, including planning, execution, scheduling, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and resource planning across multiple concrete projects.
• Oversee project budgets, production tracking, cost control, change orders, and profitability.
• Lead quality programs, documentation, and issue resolution to minimize rework.
• Coordinate with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely material delivery.
• Review plans, resolve construction conflicts, and maintain strong communication between office and field operations.

Typical project scopes may include:

• Slabs and flatwork
• Foundations
• Structural walls
• Structural concrete
• Precast coordination
• Engineered metal interfaces
• Restoration work
• Specialty concrete

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of construction-industry experience
• Advanced understanding of concrete construction means and xhyhwjd methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and legal documents
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
