In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant

Total annual compensation $140,000+ (includes Base + Commission).

Full-Time | Pottstown, PA | Flexible hours with occasional Saturdays

New Age Air is a family-owned HVAC company that has been helping homeowners stay comfortable for more than 20 years. As a growing business, we're looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and helping customers make informed decisions about their home's comfort.

You'll work with qualified homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, explain available solutions, and guide them through the replacement process from consultation to sale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss HVAC replacement options
• Evaluate existing equipment and recommend the best solutions
• Explain system features, pricing, financing, and warranties
• Create accurate proposals and close sales with confidence
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
• Maintain organized customer records and follow-up communication
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff

Required Qualifications

• Experience in outside or in-home sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A consultative approach focused on helping customers-not high-pressure selling
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• HVAC knowledge preferred, but not required for experienced sales professionals
• The ability to work independently and travel throughout the service area
• Physical ability to access attics, basements, crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds
