Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Associate in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in taxation related to domestic and offshore private investment funds, including fund formation and the drafting of LLC and LP agreements. Responsibilities Advise on tax matters related to private investment funds. Draft and review LLC and LP agreements. Collaborate with clients on fund formation processes. Provide guidance on partnership and investment management tax issues. Qualifications 4+ years of relevant tax experience. Experience with domestic and offshore private investment funds. Strong understanding of partnership tax matters. Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut. Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
