Requirements Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail environment, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant (QSR). Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects and stand/walk constantly for entire shifts, maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment. Additional Info Shift Manager Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. Salary range: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below. State of Maryland: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. State of New York: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour.
