Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - PRN

Role: A registered nurse providing high-level, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect patient care, ensuring age/developmentally appropriate treatment in line with unit standards Supervise and collaborate with team members and multidisciplinary staff Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, and promote a positive care environment Take accountability for personal performance and seek continuous improvement Actively engage in professional growth and team development Strive to enhance the patient experience and provide quality care Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Additional certifications as required by the department Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one Minimum of one year of critical care nursing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Seacrest Behavioral Health
