Process Engineer

Process Engineer needed for a leading manufacturer of packaging materials near Brookfield, WI. This person will champion process improvement for the converting technologies within the plant.

responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, installation, and startup of process equipment

• Deliver innovative solutions that improve the reliability, quality and capability of factory equipment

• Drive continuous improvement by researching, and recommending, developing and implementing equipment

• Direct and coordinate personnel on the installation of new equipment and equipment improvements

• Installation, checkout, and startup support of manufacturing equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 3+ years of process improvement experience within a high speed manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment

• Experience improving processes for converting technologies
