Recruiter (Entry Level) Innovative Healthcare Centers — Full Time | Hybrid (Maryland) Why this role? We’re growing fast and need a driven recruiter to help us find top talent for our outpatient clinics. You’ll start with a proven playbook, hands‑on mentorship, and all the tools you need (Zoho CRM & ATS, CareerPlug) — no prior system experience required. What you’ll do Own the full‑cycle recruiting process for physical therapists plus front‑office, billing/RCM, PT techs/aides, PTAs, PAs, and NPs. Source creatively, screen quickly, and sell candidates on why Innovative is the place to be. Hit the phones, DM on LinkedIn, and build a healthy pipeline every day. Represent Innovative at career fairs and help strengthen relationships with PT and PTA programs. Track every touchpoint in Zoho/CareerPlug and report weekly metrics.Keep refining our playbook with fresh sourcing hacks and market intel. What you’ll bring 1+ year of recruiting experience — OR strong college sales/organization experience. Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome). Fearless phone energy and a genuinely positive attitude. Curiosity: you ask “why” and never stop learning. Organized mind: you can juggle 20 open reqs without dropping details. Exposure to healthcare, PT, or high‑volume hiring. What we offer $50–60K salary + performance bonuses. Paid Vacation, Sick time and Holidays.
