Job Description

Bring your heavy civil construction experience to Kwest Group. From reading plans to getting the work built, you’ll lead projects that keep our energy clients moving forward. We’re looking for a Project Manager with proven experience preparing accurate estimates, submitting bids on time, and executing projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on access road construction. Join our 100% employee-owned company and help shape our next chapter while sharing in the success you help create.

As a Project Manager , you use your expertise to turn our values into action. Safety means zero harm; planning and coordinating work so our teams can go home safely every day. Quality means doing it right the first time; making sure teams understand the plans and have the resources to execute correctly, reducing rework and keeping projects on track. Customer Service means treating everyone with dignity and respect, from field teams and subcontractors to clients, through clear communication, collaboration, and follow-through. By managing budgets, schedules, and project execution with these values in mind, you help protect our people, build trust, earn repeat business, and support profitable growth that benefits Kwest’s employee owners. You’ll work closely with field leadership, you’ll manage planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project closeout. Your impact goes beyond the finished road. You’ll help us deliver on these commitments, earn client trust, bring repeat business, and support the success we share as employee owners.

Comprehensive benefit options supporting financial wellness (Employee Stock Ownership, 401k for a total potential match of 4%, free financial planning) , mental health and wellness (work/life concierge services), preventive care, and lifestyle programs (gym reimbursement, wellness challenges, pain management).
100% employee ownership , connecting your contributions to the company’s long-term success.
