Clinical Nurse Consultant- Louisiana

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to serve as a clinical expert for hematology and oncology products across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical education, and optimizing patient outcomes through peer-to-peer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinical relationships with academic and community healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Deliver educational presentations and in-services on BMS hematology and oncology products using approved materials
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR-T therapy sites initiating new patients
- Monitor account data and treatment landscape to identify and address clinical education gaps
- Collaborate with medical and commercial partners to support speaker programs and medical congress activities
Requirements
- APP credential (DNP, APRN, NP, or CNS) or MSN or BSN degree
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hematology or oncology
- Current active nursing license
- OCN certification
- Nurse educator experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred
- Ability to travel 50-75% and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license with clear driving record
Compensation: $142,710 - $172,927 base
