The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for our customers by providing exceptional service, answering questions, processing orders, preparing correspondence, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, confidentiality, dependability, and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests.
• Process customer orders and update account information.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, determining solutions, and following through to completion.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication.
• Coordinate with drivers, service technicians, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with administrative and office support functions as needed.
