Job Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts with evening call coverage after your shift.
• Manage care for 4 patients per shift in a 20-bed pediatric unit.
• Perform both inpatient rounding and call responsibilities.
• Demonstrate intubation skills for newborns and pediatric patients.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current PALS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Commit to a minimum of 10-12 shifts per month.
• Expect a callback percentage of 5-10% for call coverage.

Working Conditions

This position involves both inpatient rounding and call duties, requiring specialized skills in pediatric care.
