Full-Time Shopgoodwill Product Specialist

Position Overview Position Status: Full‑Time. Hourly Rate: $17.00. Location: 414 Arthur Ave, Morris, IL, 60450. Job Summary The Shopgoodwill Product Specialist works inside the retail store location and assists the store management team in reaching the operational goals of the site by identifying, selecting, and forwarding high‑value items to our eCommerce facility to support the growth of Goodwill’s online sales. This role will also function in various capacities within the store location when needed. Responsibilities Search incoming donations for high‑value merchandise. Process and organize products for eCommerce and in‑store showcases. Complete all required training to assist the site in achieving online sales goals. Maximize online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Hit financial goal/budget. Physical Requirements Long hours of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Use of hands to grasp, carry, feel, or touch products and machinery. Movement and lift of 10‑50 pounds. Exposure to moderate noise and temperature variations. Visual Acuity – Close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
