Salary and Benefits: Salary: Dependent on experience, $45,000 - $50,000. Daily Pay Access: Flexible pay options to access your earnings when you need them. Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within the company for dedicated employees. Primary Duties: Team Lead: Train and provide guidance to staff. Discuss performance discrepancies and training needs with the General Manager and lead staff huddles. Provide hands‑on support to achieve outstanding results. Financial: Post checks in PMS, complete weekly labor tracker, manage payment‑due reports, postpaid outs and receipts. Guest Relations: Ensure the hotel is always “Guest Ready” by maintaining high cleanliness standards and swiftly addressing guest concerns. Monitor and follow up on guest feedback, suggest and sell amenities, and ensure guest and property security. Housekeeping: Assign rooms to be cleaned by housekeeping and aid the GM in inspecting rooms. Other: Manage inventory, check property email, build relationships with vendors and guests, and foster teamwork. Sales & Marketing: Network locally to promote the property and build strong relationships with competitive properties, local organizations, and key clients. Lead in‑house guest sales initiatives to increase occupancy. Teamwork: Assist housekeeping in rooms as needed and complete daily laundry duties and public space needs. Flexibly cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity during unexpected absences. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met. Other Duties as Assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in hotel leadership, including front desk and back‑of‑house operations. Strong team‑building skills. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proactive in solving problems. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
