Position Summary:

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Full Time

Fredericksburg, VA

Compensation Range: $70,645.20 – $105,967.80 per year 

Eligible for sign on bonus up to $20,000.00!

Additional Compensation: 

This position is also eligible for: Clinician bonus

The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. Position Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program 

• Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state.
