Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.**Position Summary:**The Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the comprehensive planning, execution, and administration of various entertainment and special events throughout the property.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Expedite the administrative requirements of performing artists in MUZE Lounge, Michael Jordan’s, Line and Lure, Rose and Thorn and the Meeting and Entertainment Center.* Procurement of support documentation to include W-9, stage plot technical information, artist publicity and point of contact.* Populate the Information Technology Portal (Share Point).* Weekly check requests for Artist settlement, deposits, and expenses.* Attendance at weekly meetings, participation, and team support at required team events* Timely execution of responsibilities.* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.* Performs all other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Associate degree in a related field and two years of experience in an entertainment-related role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Experience in a multipurpose facility and a working understanding of entertainment and special events production.* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Thorough understanding of Marketing, Public Relations, Special Events, and Entertainment.* Must be able to work various shifts, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.* Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.* Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Casino experience preferred.**Work Shift:****Wages:**This role offers a starting wage of $44,200.00 annually.
