This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and process improvements. You will work closely with finance leadership while supporting the daily accounting operations that drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly bank reconciliations.Assist with monthly and year-end close processes and financial reporting.Prepare and review internal financial statements and supporting schedules.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.Research accounting issues and ensure compliance with GAAP.Participate in internal and external audits, tax reporting, and compliance activities.Assist with capital asset accounting and financial record maintenance.Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.Cross-train with other accounting functions and provide backup support as needed.Collaborate with departments across the organization to support accounting operations.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.3–5 years of accounting or finance experience.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.PreferredExperience with ERP accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).Experience supporting payroll accounting functions.Experience participating in financial audits and tax reporting.Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.Experience working in a technology, professional services, or consulting environment.Why Join This Opportunity?Join a well-established and growing technology organization.Work directly with experienced financial leadership.Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.Collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?
