Receiver

Receives vendor purchases and performs routine warehouse activities as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Receive vendor purchases in a timely, accurate manner, thoroughly inspect for damage, following documented receiving procedures.

1. Oversee system generation of:

• • Receiving documentation
  • Early or over shipment notification for buyers
  
  
  

1. Ship and/or pick parts in a safe, timely, and accurate manner, supporting production and/or shipping.

1. Complete paperwork accurately, including:

• • Packing lists, and
  • Stock requisitions
  
  
  
  
  

1. Process Customer RMA's (Returns, Repairs & Calibrations) and notification to appropriate personnel

6. Perform daily housekeeping tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and perform physical task
• May involve exposure to the weather
• Move, lift and pile materials
• Load and unload trucks
