State Licensed Clinical Operations Supervisor

Leading day-to-day operations, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Operations Supervisor will oversee team performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical staff through decision-making and policy implementation. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with clinical documentation and workflows Manage complex case investigations and coordinate departmental workload to meet goals Develop and implement internal policies and procedures while providing training and support to staff Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a clinical field; an associate's degree with 5 years of experience may be considered Active RN license in good standing, eligible for licensing in all US states and territories 1-3 years of leadership experience Strong collaboration skills and ability to build productive working relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills
