BARISTA (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Full‑time Barista position at Intel RNB Cafe – 2200 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054. The role requires customer service and food service experience. Pay ranges from $23.23 to $23.98 per hour. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm (full‑time). Additional details provided during interview. Responsibilities Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes. Enter orders accurately into the POS device; accept cash and charge payments. Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of the service area. Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards. Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils. Ensure proper food preparation with approved recipes and prescribed production standards. Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service. Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments. Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction; relay relevant concerns to supervisors. Serve customers quickly and efficiently; prevent delays in serving lines. Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers. Serve as an advocate of selling techniques, establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision‑making process. Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards; serve food neatly and attractively. Perform other duties as assigned.
