What You Will Be Doing: The Accountant 4 manages a team of accounting technicians to carry out the operations of the Department of Law's Reimbursable Service Agreement Section requiring an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, theories, and practices. The incumbent develops, updates, and implements policies and procedures to ensure effective program financial management efficiency and compliance. The Accountant 4 delivers program financial information to Division management to inform decision-making. Additionally, the Accountant 4 prepares the department's legal services rates submitted annually for approval and inclusion to the State-wide Cost Allocation Plan. Our Mission, Values, and Culture:
