What You'll Actually Do Here:
Create joyful, hands-on learning experiences that help little ones grow into confident, curious kids. Build real relationships with families who trust you with their most precious people. Be part of a team that supports each other, celebrates wins, and never lets you figure it out alone. You'll plan engaging lessons, nurture social-emotional development, keep children safe and thriving, and communicate with parents like the partner you are in their child's journey. What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) — OR 5+ years of experience working with young children
- NC Early Childhood Credential preferred (not required to apply)
- A genuine love for early childhood education — not just a job, but a calling
- Warmth, patience, reliability, and the ability to stay calm when someone spills paint on your shoes
