Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Sales Administrator to support our Sales team and drive seamless order execution. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across order management, client communication, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize competing demands, and is comfortable wearing many hats. Pay Rate: $23/hr to $27/hr Manage end-to-end order processing across multiple platforms; ensure accuracy, pricing verification, and on-time fulfillment Serve as a primary support partner to Sales, managing requests, follow-ups, scheduling, and client communication Provide real-time updates on order status, ETAs, and tracking to internal teams and customers Coordinate closely with Production, Operations, and other departments to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy Manage artwork/design requests and track progress through completion Support sales forecasting, planning calendars, and production scheduling Set up new customers in systems (SAP/Salesforce), log activity, and maintain accurate records Prepare and track customer samples, marketing materials, and event support Assist with trade shows, client outreach, and ongoing relationship management Conduct light research and maintain up-to-date customer and account information Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role At least 1 year of customer service experience Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) preferred Comfortably managing multiple systems and communication channels Wine room experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Astor Chocolate
