Quickbooks Accounting Support

Are you a Quickbooks Accountant looking to gain a new client working 5-10 hours per week?

In this accounting support role, you should be an online QuickBooks Pro and will ensure all monthly expenses are recorded accurately in the appropriate general ledger accounts in a timely manner, process weekly payroll for approximately 15 employees, and assist with ad-hoc requests such as 401(k) data, employee census data and workers comp audits, setting up state taxes and unemployment, ensuring all payroll tax payments are processed through Quickbooks and other misc accounting functions that come up. Additionally, you will assist with accounts payable + receivable, record client payments and upload invoices/receipts into Quickbooks, bank reconciliations and process annual taxes.

Each month should "close out" by the 10th of the following month, so meeting deadlines is of the utmost importance. We are seeking a true professional that is attentive and responsive to our needs, as they change, and misc items may come up. Seeking a degreed Accountant and ideally a CPA, but experience and expertise will be taken into consideration.
