Ideal candidates would have training in hydraulics, basic electrical, and pneumatic systems, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Fix equipment fast to reduce downtime Troubleshoot machine problems using electrical testers, blueprints and schematics Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Self directed completion of Maintenance requisitions Perform preventive maintenance to keep production smooth Support a safe, high‑performance environment Qualifications Hands‑on maintenance experience Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical - formal training Reliability, safety focus, and a strong work ethic Special boilers license at a minimum. Must pass a Comprehensive Maintenance Aptitude Test with a passing score of 75% or better. Compensation & Benefits This is a Union position with a posted wage of $32.44/hr.
