SmartTalent is hiring for a Quality Inspector for a growing company in Everett. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with measurements, inspections, and quality standards while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.


Location / Pay / Schedule


Location: Everett, WA


Pay: $20.00- $23.00 per hour DOE


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm


Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and compare material goods against two-dimensional drawings
• Use testing and measuring equipment including rulers, tape measures, continuity testers, and hipot equipment
• Perform in-process inspections as needed
• Interface with Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Implement continuous improvement ideas and suggestions
• Communicate directly with Supervisors and Leads
• Support company goals and policies
• Perform light data entry
• Complete additional duties as assigned in support of the department and company

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Related college coursework preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and measurements preferred
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment
