The CPRS will be expected to:

• Assist clients in personal goals for recovery through the use of individual and group sessions in accordance with Program Rules & Regulations.
• Personal experience to be shared with participants to relate.
• Monitors behavioral functions between individuals and group behavior.
• Evaluates participant's mental health status.
• Documents accurately, neatly, and consistently every and any contact with or on behalf of a participant in the participant's designated chart, as required by DMHDD, Medicaid, and other funding source requirement.
• Attends scheduled team meetings and actively participate in team.
• Assist with program activities, including group session outreach, preparation and clean up coordination.

• Certification Preferred.
• CPR and CPI Required.
• Other duties as assigned.
