Travel Physical Therapist

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a Home Health and SNF-based role, supervising PTAs across multiple sites.

Job Details

• Care setting includes SNF and Home Health, split approximately 50/50, with additional coverage assisting Auburn and Syracuse locations based on PTO and census,
• Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week,
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday,
• Supervises 2 PTAs,
• Onsite Therapy Supervisor available,
• Uses Net Health for SNF documentation and HCHB for Home Health documentation,
• Productivity expectations include 80% SNF productivity and a points-based system (approximately 80 minutes per patient, or 27 points if full-time in Home Health),
• No call or call-back requirements,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required,
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required,
• License required if applicable,
• New graduates accepted,
• Valid driver's license required for consideration,
