Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. The role emphasizes a strengths-based approach to therapy, where building trust and rapport with clients is foundational in designing effective, individualized treatment plans that foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.

  • At least two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, based on credentials and experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
