Start your driving career with a role designed for new CDL A holders in the Gulfport, Mississippi area. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop good habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip coordination, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
