As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at nightclubs, restaurants, and event venues. Working within a medium-sized team of 4-6 members, you will prepare drinks, mix cocktails, and serve guests efficiently during typical 8-hour shifts. You will also be responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness and actively upselling promotions to maximize revenue, while collaborating with other team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix drinks following established recipes and customer preferences
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests courteously
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Take customer orders and serve drinks promptly
• Replenish stock and maintain appropriate inventory levels (excluding ordering)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Actively promote and upsell featured drinks and specials
• Collaborate effectively with a medium-sized team (4-6 staff) to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience

Preferred Qualifications

• TIPS Certification
• Knowledge of mixology techniques
• Proficient in cash handling and POS systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Teamwork-oriented attitude
