Coverage Line answers the phone for Texas home care agencies after the office closes. It picks up family calls, books consultations and calls caregivers to cover a shift when someone calls out. We are a small company based in Conroe, Texas. About the role We need a part-time Appointment Setter to call home care agency owners and office managers and book short demos with our founder. You do not sell and you never quote prices. You start a friendly conversation, ask one good question and get a time on the calendar. What you will do Call home care agencies in Texas from a list we give you Ask owners how they handle caregiver call-outs after hours Book 15 minute demos on the founder's calendar Log every call and follow-up in our tracker Send short follow-up messages to people who asked for a call back What we are looking for 1 to 2 years of phone work in appointment setting, customer service, intake or scheduling Home care, staffing or healthcare office experience is a big plus A clear, warm phone voice and comfort with hearing no Organized and reliable when you set your own hours Based in Texas Pay and schedule Part-time and hybrid.
