A growing primary care practice in Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care to older adults.\n

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n
• Provide comprehensive primary care for Medicare patients
\n
• Focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and improved health outcomes
\n
• Value-based care model emphasizing quality over volume
\n
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
\n
• Prescribe and manage medications and other treatments
\n
• Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to achieve quality goals
\n
• Help direct and manage the center care team
\n
• Dedicated Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant
\n
• Highly qualified candidates may be considered for Center Medical Director
\n
• Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement

Compensation/Benefits: \n

• $240K–$270K base salary
\n
• Wider salary range may be available depending on experience and location
\n
• Quarterly quality-based bonus
