We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to operate specialized equipment for erosion control services on various project sites. The role involves conducting routine inspections to ensure machinery safety, transporting equipment as needed, and adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment for erosion control services on project sites.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure machinery remains in safe working condition.

• Transport equipment to and from job sites as needed.

• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices while performing work.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

• Communicate professionally with customers when required at job sites.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and front-end loaders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating agricultural equipment or similar machinery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hollandale, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
