What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Utilize Google Ads and analytics tools like Snowflake and Tableau to optimize marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and overall business goals.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Implement and manage marketing automation processes using tools such as Amplitude and Sigma to enhance lead nurturing efforts.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

7-15 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B environments.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Snowflake, Tableau, and other analytics platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Experience leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
Knowledge of the AI and data industry trends and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
