Licensed Practical Nurse 4 (LPN4)
The Department of Corrections is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN4) for the Coyote Ridge Corrections Center (CRCC) located outside the Tri Cities in Connell, Washington. Under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse 4 supports the Department's mission to improve public safety by assisting in the implementation of the nursing process and delivering services to promote health, foster healing, and support coping and adjustment to various health conditions. Coyote Ridge Corrections Center has a diverse population seeing different chronic diseases and taking care of those that need long term and palliative care.
Extended Observations unit up to 96 hr. stay (4 beds)
Long term palliative care unit
See up to 2500 patients with different chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension, cancer, autoimmune disorders and much more)
