Director of Advertising

We are looking for an Advertising leader who will spearhead the development and execution of integrated advertising, media, and creative strategies across a multi-property casino resort environment. The Director of Advertising will work with marketing partners and across all departments to develop creative media plans while maintaining the overall brand vision of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated advertising and media strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, broadcast, outdoor, and experiential
  
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept development through production, launch, tracking, and post-campaign evaluation
  
• Oversee the creation of advertising and creative materials, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and strategic marketing objectives
  
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, digital, social, and property teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of campaigns across all properties
  
• Serve as the primary point of coordination with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and performance alignment
  
• Develop, manage, and monitor advertising budgets, including approval of media plans, buys, invoices, and related expenditures
  
• Analyze campaign performance and media effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and brand impact
  
• Support copywriting and editing of marketing and advertising materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
  
• Lead and manage an internal advertising team, including setting performance expectations, coaching, and ensuring accountability for deliverables
  
• Ensure all advertising activities comply with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulatory or tribal requirements
  

Requirements

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  
• Consumer Advertising & Media Planning – More than 5 years experience required
  
• Industry – Casino resort environment experience is highly preferred, multi-property exposure is a plus
  
• Leadership – Proven experience leading advertising, media, or creative teams with the ability to manage performance, delegate effectively, and drive accountability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
• Computer Skills – Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  
• Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to interact with multiple people/groups of all levels, and to effectively communicate brand strategy
  
• Soft Skills – Excellent organizational skills, able to work with senior leadership, excellent customer relation skills, demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
