About the role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process - from the first conversation and vehicle selection through pricing, financing discussions, and delivery. You will work with new Ford vehicles and quality pre-owned inventory while building relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.

What youll do

• Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present appropriate new Ford and pre-owned vehicle options and explain relevant features, technology, trim levels, and capabilities.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to present pricing, trade-in information, and available financing options clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the dealership CRM.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and existing customers by phone, text, and other approved communication channels.
• Coordinate a smooth vehicle delivery and help customers understand the vehicles features, technology, warranty information, and paperwork.
• Work toward dealership sales and customer-satisfaction goals while following dealership and factory standards.

What youll bring

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, call center work, or automotive sales is preferred but not required.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and a desire to achieve monthly performance goals.
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills in person, by phone, and by text.
• Comfort using digital tools and maintaining customer information in a CRM system.
• A professional, customer-ready approach and the ability to work collaboratively with Sales Managers and teammates.
• Availability to work a retail dealership schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Ability to reliably commute to Cleburne, TX.
