About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Appliance Sales & Service , you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. Hours required for this position 22- Hours per week. Location would be at 3724 Airport Hwy. Toledo 43615. Hours needed Friday 9:30am to 6pm - Saturday 8am - 4pm - Sunday 9am - 3pm - Days OFF Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday & Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
