Company is hiring Manufacturing Engineers to support our production teams in Everett, Washington. Successful candidates will have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with both the engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies, participating as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions, working with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build, assisting in implementing manufacturing plans, resolving technical problems and assisting in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts, assisting in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies, and interfacing with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.

This position is a Production Engineering role and requires direct interfacing with the people, parts, and equipment on the production floor. A typical day could include spending up to 8 hours on feet standing/walking on the production floor, climbing ladders or stairs to access equipment or airplane sections, working at heights or in tight spaces, and wearing required PPE.

Required skills include a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and experience working in an engineering discipline. Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment is also required. Preferred skills include 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
