Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Carter’s, you serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our baby and children apparel and ensuring a positive shopping experience. What You’ll Do: Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues and handle multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute and expedite point‑of‑sale and register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers. Maintain a safe, clean store to minimize loss and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: A positive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical ability to lift 40 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as required. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
