Senior Technical Recruiter

Position SummaryRecruit highly qualified candidates for a variety of position types. This role will work to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients technical staffing needs. The Technical Recruiter role may be filled at the Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter or Technical Recruiter Lead levels based on qualifications and outcomes. Outcomes and expectations for this role will be negotiated with the direct manager, including but not limited to revenue targets and headcount targets.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of recruiting teamAssist Recruiting Manager / Branch Manager branch leadership with related duties as requestedRecruit Consultant and Direct Hire CandidatesSource active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews.Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Upload applicant resumes via online databases.Requirement FulfillmentNegotiate pay and benefits with candidates.Post job ads on job boards and social media sites.Format resumes and job descriptions.Craft a sales pitch and complete any additional client requirements (skills matrices, etc.) to submit candidates to open requirements.Assignment ManagementOversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exitsFoster relationships with current consultants to retain top talentPromote circumstances that maximize retention of TeamSoft consultants, including consultant careOther ResponsibilitiesRepresent TeamSoft at industry functions and career fairs.Stay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practices.All other duties as assignedPosition Qualifications - KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Previous recruiting experience (ideally technical recruiting) preferredBachelors degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience.Ability to communicate effectivelyExcellent work ethicAbility to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environmentGreat interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to build relationships with candidatesStrong ability to multi-taskExperience with MS Office suite of applicationsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferredExperience with job boards and social media sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)Ability to work under stressful conditionsTime management skillsA competitive mind-set that is backed up by actionsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskA drive to succeed and be the bestAbility to establish genuine trust and rapportAbility to comprehend complex job descriptionsProblem-solving mindset that cultivates interest in daily process and business improvementExcellent customer service skillsWriting, editing, and formattingGoal settingResearchAdaptabilitySelf-motivated, patient, and self-aware; ability to play the long game toward successTeam player who can both succeed independently and bolster team mentality of successUnderstanding of different communication stylesUnderstanding of motivational psychologyPhysical Requirements and Work EnvironmentTypical office environment.Company ValuesCustomer CentricPlay Like a ChampionLeaders Go FirstHave Each Others BackAlways Be LearningData Driven DecisionsGet to YesPeopleLink Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
