Now Hiring: Central Fill Pharmacy Associate

Location: Memphis, TN 38141

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Work Schedule

• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Workweek: Four 10-hour shifts

• Overtime may be required.

Job Responsibilities

Adecco Healthcare & LifeSceinces is currently looking to hire a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our client’s Central Fill Pharmacy team!

Responsibilities include:

• Packing and preparing pharmacy orders.

• Operating automated sorting and counting equipment.

• Receiving, organizing, and storing incoming supplies.

• Counting inventory and entering data into the computer system.

• Stocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Cleaning equipment and completing required documentation.

• Supporting daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to work a four-day schedule with 10-hour shifts.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Picking and packing experience is a plus.

• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.

Great opportunity! This is a temp-to-perm position with the potential to transition to a full-time employee after the initial 90-day probationary period.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
