RCM Specialist III

Managing complex billing and reimbursement issues, the full-time RCM Specialist III will serve as a subject matter expert while driving process improvements and providing mentorship to team members in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex accounts receivable trends and implement corrective actions for denials and claim rejections Collaborate with payers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated billing and reimbursement issues Lead the maintenance and optimization of billing support files, fee schedules, and insurance plans Required Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations, including advanced billing and denial management Expert knowledge of revenue cycle processes, payer regulations, and claims management Experience with POMIS or similar Practice Management systems Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tools and revenue cycle reporting platforms
