A legacy that will make your life better as well.As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide both direct and indirect supervision of the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and the Home Health Aide (HHA).Some of your primary responsibilities will include:Evaluating patients’ functional statuses (muscle function, endurance, visual coordination, written and verbal communication, self-care abilities, etc.)Evaluating home environment for hazards/barriers to more independent living and identifying equipment needsParticipating in the development of the plan of careDeveloping treatment programs and establishing goals for improved function.
