Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, helping members load their vehicles, and supporting a great member experience. You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, working rain or shine, sleet or snow. Responsibilities Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and notify members of delays or missing items. Provide customer service: greet, answer questions, help members with purchasing decisions, process payments, and use cash registers. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise properly, and reporting unsafe situations. Assist members with transporting items, maintain parking lot cleanliness, and keep carts/flatbeds organized and accessible. Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote company products and services. Assist with storage and location of merchandise, zone designated areas, and keep the store neat. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans, and use the Open Door Policy. Work with managers and teammates to prioritize and complete tasks; communicate progress and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service or retail experience preferred. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stand for long periods, move carts, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Problem‑solving aptitude, focus on member satisfaction, and a positive attitude. Benefits Competitive hourly wage range: $20.00‑$28.00 (may increase with experience).
