Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point Area. This role is responsible for safely producing and packaging industrial cleaning and process chemicals according to established formulas and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating production equipment, monitoring batch processes, following safety and environmental guidelines, and maintaining accurate production records. The Production Team Member will assist with inventory handling, equipment cleaning, and workspace organization to support efficient operations. Collaboration with supervisors and colleagues is expected to meet production schedules and respond to changing customer needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to support efficient scheduling and workflow coordination. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure products meet specifications and comply with safety and environmental standards. Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures and help train others as needed. Experience in manufacturing, chemical handling, or industrial production is beneficial. Ability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and work safely around equipment. Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
