• Bring experience as a Team Lead or similar role
• Oversee the daily performance of the team to ensure consistent productivity
• Foster a supportive, motivating, and growth-minded work environment
• Guide, mentor, and train team members to ensure development and retention
• Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback
• Support advisors and cross-functional teams by clearing roadblocks and bottlenecks and ensuring operational flow
