Job Description
- Provides physical therapy services as planned and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
- Confers regularly with the Physical Therapist about the patient's treatment plan and progress.
- Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas.
- Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist.
- Submits patient treatment and billing documentation per required timelines.
- Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Participates in staff development programs and continuing education as required.
- Shift: M-F 8 to 5 PM, On Call Schedule: N/A.
- Location Type: Onsite.
- Counties covered: Currituck and Dare.
- PTA in NC or compact license required.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
