We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour Position Overview The Banquet Server supports the successful execution of private events at our country club by handling all aspects of set-up, service, and breakdown. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys fast-paced event environments, and takes pride in creating polished, memorable experiences for members and guests. Hours vary based on scheduled events. Key Responsibilities: Event Set-Up - Prepare banquet spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, chairs, buffets, décor, service stations, and equipment Service Execution - Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during events, following club standards Breakdown & Reset - Clear rooms, store equipment properly, reset spaces, and ensure areas are left clean and organized Operational Support - Assist with polishing glassware/silver, stocking supplies, moving equipment, and other duties as assigned Team Collaboration - Work closely with banquet captains, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth event flow Qualifications: Prior banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs Comfortable working long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing event needs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule & Work Environment: Part-time, hours vary based on event calendar Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays Fast-paced, high-standard private club environment Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off - Sick leave and leaves of absence, in accordance with Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act Additional Compensation - Service Charge, Employee Meals during shift, Uniform provided Perks - Supportive team culture and hands-on training Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
