Radiology - Sonographer/Ultrasound Tech

Ultrasound Technician

Ultrasound certification and ARRT are both required. On call 1 weekday night per week and every 4th weekend. 2 ultrasound rooms available; general ultrasound only, no vascular or echo. Department serves both adults and pediatrics, including biopsies. EMR system used is EPIC; PACS system is McKesson. Department-specific equipment includes Siemens models. A supervisor is present on each shift. Cyclic scheduling is utilized for shift rotations. Required to participate in weekend on-call rotation. Mandatory participation in holiday on-call rotation. Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care. Refusal to remove artificial nails will result in termination of contract. Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled during the 13-week assignment.
